We hope you're delighted with your lovecases products and can't wait to share your purchase on insta. However, if for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase then you have 30 days to return them to us.
It's just not my style, can I send it back?
You can indeed, we offer a 30 day no question guarantee. Simply fill out our return form to get your return ID and then follow the instructions on our returns page to send your item back. It must be in its original packaging and in a resellable condition. After 30 days we are unable to accept products for refund or exchange.

My case has broken, what is the warranty?
Our products are covered by a 2 year warranty which covers your purchase against manufacturing defects or faults. This means that should your case break through no fault of your own then we will replace it for you (if it is still available, or give you a credit note if it's out of stock) if your case breaks send us a photo to email@example.com and let us know what happened and we'll let you know how to proceed. We will not replace cases which have been damaged from dropping, mis-use or general wear and tear. The warranty covers manufacturing faults but not accidental damage.

First, complete our Online Returns Form to get your URN (Unique Returns Number) then decide how you'd like to return your parcel
For UK returns via Royal Mail (£3.19)
1 - Print off a Royal Mail label to send the parcel back to us and place this clearly on the outside of your parcel.
