    Ordered a small and unfortunately it was too small even though I measured my dog to make sure I got the correct size. Returns is a bit of nightmare. The returns form asks you for a product number which can’t be found anywhere on the order or the website. Was told to put in the order number twice when I contacted them by email. No barcode or QR code sent to me after filling in returns form? I tried to do this twice with no luck.It’s a shame because I was happy with the products themselves (apart from the sizing issue) I have now ordered a medium but won’t be ordering from them again sadly.
