How to return an item

We hope you're delighted with your lovecases products and can't wait to share your purchase on insta. However, if for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase then you have 30 days to return them to us. If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or there is a faulty product, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace instantly.

It's just not my style, can i send it back?

You can indeed, we offer a 30 day no question guarantee. It must be in its original packaging and in a resellable condition. After 30 days we are unable to accept products for refund or exchange.

*Please note personalised item(s) cannot be returned unless the item(s) is faulty.

*Please also note we cannot accept returns for socks, eye masks or face masks unless the item(s) is faulty.

Replacements & Refunds

Where applicable, replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 10 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available.

 If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details i.e. you no longer have that account. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process. Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase*.

 Any return that is not accompanied with the returns form or returns reference number will be held by Lovecases for 30 days, awaiting the return of the completed form. Items that have not been reclaimed by you within this period will be disposed of after this time and will result in the return being completed without action.

Returns Exclusions

Unfortunately we cannot refund, replace, or exchange certain products if the seal/packaging has been broken or opened. This is applicable to product software, and all types of replacement batteries, memory and media cards.  Screen protectors cannot be returned once the protective layer for the adhesive side has been removed.

For UK returns via Royal Mail (£3.19)

 1 - Please fill out this form to notify us of your return

2 - Package up your item, fill in and print your return label here- Royal Mail label. Send your order back to us and place the label clearly on the front of your package.

*For the URN please use your order number (4-1-65-0000)

3 - Drop off your parcel to one of your local Royal Mail Post Office. 

No printer? no problem, please use this link to find a local Post Office with a printer.


For UK returns via Collect+ (£5.50)

1 - Please fill out this form to notify us of your return

2 - Print off a label to send the parcel back using our Collect+ returns service.

3 - Drop off your parcel to one of your local Collect+ shops. There are over 5,500 shops to choose from.

4 - Then sit back and track your parcel all the way back to us!


For all other returns (including non-UK)

1 - Print your confirmation email you will receive and enclose this in your parcel.

2 - Send your item and print out to the returns address below. We recommend you use a local tracked or signed for service.
